     Matthew 2:10-12

When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to th house, they saw the Child with his Mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their Treasures and presented Him with gifts.

1) Gold, the most costly metal, pointed to his Kingship.

2) Frankincense, burned in worship, indicated his role as a priest.

3) Myrrh, used for embalming, represted his death for all of humanity.

Merry Christmas and Happy new Year!!!!

Let's remember this holiday season, when we gather with family or friends lets not forget his name, "Jesus" our Savior.
